Felipe will build a prototype of a laser-guidestar wavefront sensor,&nbsp;for&nbsp;telescopes like&nbsp;the&nbsp;ESO\u2019s&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eso.org\/public\/teles-instr\/elt\/\" target=\"_blank\">Extremely Large Telescope<\/a> (ELT).
